PARK SLOPE RESIDENCE

Located inside a historic townhouse, this renovation created a gracious primary suite for a young couple. The project plays with warm natural materials, layering of tones and textures, and simple reveal details. The juxtaposition of materials create a space which is elegant and refined but also youthful in nature.

The bathroom is centered around an existing skylight, which bathes the space in soft sunlight. An operable glass partition was designed to separate the toilet and shower spaces, which allows the light to transfer while creating separate zones.

The result is a space that is refreshing, funcional, and timeless.
